Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026 · Contact: support@beinelab.kz
1. The Service
BeineLab (beinelab.kz, app.beinelab.kz) lets registered users turn long videos into short clips, add subtitles and branding, and publish results to social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) via those platforms' official APIs. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
Registration is by invitation of the Service operator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to videos you upload. You warrant that you own or have licensed the rights to the content you process and publish, and that it does not violate the law or the policies of the platforms you publish to. We process your content only to provide the Service.
4. Social platform publishing
Publishing to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube happens only when you explicitly initiate it and is subject to those platforms' terms. You may disconnect a linked account at any time. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Meta, or Google.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to process or distribute illegal content, infringe copyright, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service or the connected platforms.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g. removal of published content or account restrictions).
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this URL.
