1. Who we are

BeineLab ("we", "the Service") is a video editing tool available at beinelab.kz and app.beinelab.kz. It helps teams turn long videos into short clips and publish them to social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) at the user's request.

2. Data we collect

We collect: (a) account data — username and password hash for signing in to the Service; (b) content you upload — video files, logos, and generated clips; (c) social account data — when you connect a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account via OAuth, we store the account's display name, platform account ID, and access/refresh tokens.

We do not collect payment data, precise location, or contacts. We do not read your social media messages, followers, or feed.

3. How we use data

Data is used solely to provide the Service: processing your videos into clips and uploading content to the social accounts you explicitly connected, only when you initiate a publish action. OAuth tokens are used exclusively to perform these uploads and to refresh access as permitted by the platform.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Content is transmitted to TikTok, Instagram (Meta), or YouTube only when you choose to publish to those platforms, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the Service operator. Access tokens are kept server-side and are never exposed to other users. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS).

6. Retention and deletion

You can disconnect a social account at any time in the Service, which deletes its stored tokens. You may also revoke access in the platform's own security settings. To delete your account and all associated data, email support@beinelab.kz; we will remove it within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this URL.

Кратко по-русски: BeineLab хранит только логин, ваши видео и OAuth-токены подключённых соцаккаунтов. Данные используются исключительно для монтажа клипов и публикации по вашей команде, никому не продаются и не передаются. Отключить аккаунт можно в интерфейсе, удалить все данные — письмом на support@beinelab.kz.
